Members of HERALD5 have the option of also joining SAFE in HERALD 5 -- a “third option” supervisory accountability group.

SAFE legalizes your homeschooling in SC.

To become a SAFE member* you need to click on the three links below, complete and submit ALL 3 documents:

the cover letter, application, and course of study. (MS Word doc)

3) Click here for 2010-2011 SAFE Course of Study. Complete one course of study for each homeschooled child.

Remember to complete the process ALL 3 steps must be completed and submitted - Cover letter, Application and Course of Study.

SAFE provides documentation for driver's licenses, dual enrollment, and high school transcripts for those needing those services. Details are on the Application Form. SAFE also offers a College Gift Fund when funds are available for disbursement.
